Claim on the spot with HICAPS
Swipe your health fund card at the front desk. Your fund pays its share right there, and you only pay the rest. We're a preferred provider for BUPA (Members' Choice) and Medibank, and we take HBF, HCF and most other funds.
Lower rates for some plans
Some family plans, some Medibank, BUPA and HCF plans, and Medicare care plans get a lower rate. It depends on your fund and your level of cover. Call us with your fund details and we'll tell you exactly what you'll pay before you book.
Medicare care plans from your GP
If you have a long-term health problem, your GP may give you a care plan (a GP Chronic Condition Management Plan) and a referral to us. Bring both to your first visit and we'll bill Medicare. You don't need a referral to see us without Medicare.
Cancelling
If you cancel at short notice or don't show up, there's a $30 fee. Tell us as early as you can and we'll move your appointment instead of charging you.
On an NDIS plan?
You can use your funding for chiro, physio or massage if your plan is self-managed or plan-managed. We’re not a registered NDIS provider, so we can’t take plans the NDIA manages for you.
