Leonard Tang
Hi, I’m Leonard. From a young age I explored a love for health and wellness through fitness building and sports. This developed my fascination with the human body and the many complexities surrounding it. This drove me to study Remedial Massage at South Metro TAFE.
I am now able to explore this passion as part of the ‘Waterford Wellness Team’, through offering a holistic healing and balanced approach towards clients' injury prevention plans.
I like to incorporate a combination of Trigger Point Therapy (PRT), Myofascial Release and Deep Tissue techniques whilst using specific Stretching Techniques (PNF, MET),
Kessiah Larsen
Kessiah adds an element of remedial massage to the current suite of services offered at Waterford Wellness. With a diploma in remedial massage from Australia Institute of Fitness, her expertise in remedial therapy, deep tissue and sports massage, prenatal and postnatal massage as well as trigger point therapy enables personalised patient care.
