We're not a registered NDIS provider. That means we can see you if your plan is self-managed or plan-managed. If the NDIA manages your plan for you, you'll need to see a registered provider instead.

Common questions
Are you a registered NDIS provider?
No. We're not registered with the NDIA. You can still use your NDIS funding here if your plan is self-managed or plan-managed. If the NDIA manages your plan, you'll need a registered provider.
Which types of NDIS plans do you take?
Self-managed and plan-managed. Tell us which one you have when you call. If you're plan-managed, we send the invoice straight to your plan manager.
What should I bring to my first visit?
Your NDIS plan details. If you're plan-managed, bring your plan manager's contact details too. If you have any reports from a doctor, specialist or other therapist, bring those as well.
What can I use my funding for here?
Chiropractic, physiotherapy and remedial massage. Which one is best depends on what you want to get better at. Call us and we'll talk it through before you book.
Can I get into the clinic in a wheelchair?
Yes. There's a ramp at the front and wheelchair access all through the clinic. Free parking is right outside, next to Waterford Plaza.
Can someone come in with me?
Yes. Bring a support worker, carer, family member or interpreter into the room with you if you like.
